We offer two types of one time cleans at AmeriStar Maids our signature Top to Bottom Deluxe Clean and a General Clean.

Choosing the right type of service we recommend that all recurring customers start with our signature Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning bringing your home to the level where we can easily and efficiently maintain our standard of cleanliness. Our Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning is also great option when getting ready for a special occasion, spring cleaning or when you just haven’t had the time to keep up.
- Ceiling fans & light fixtures (dusted)
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds, windowsills, & lock ledges (dusted)
- Moldings & woodwork (dusted)
- Baseboards (dusted)
- Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Tub/shower & tiles (scrubbed)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
- Stairs vacuumed &/or mopped
- Microwave exterior & interior cleaned
- Pictures & knick-knacks (dusted)
- Furniture (dusted & polished)
- Top of refrigerator (dusted)
- Outside of appliances cleaned
- Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
- Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
- Mirrors cleaned
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- Beds made,1 set of sheets changed
- Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)

- All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped)
- Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped)

- Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed)
- Mirrors (cleaned)
- Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for buildup)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)

- Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
- Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
- Furniture cleaned & polished

- Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)
- Blinds (hand washed or wiped)
- Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)
- Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
- Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
- Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed
- Moldings & woodwork, windowsills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
- Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/washed/relined)
